- Listing multiple properties
A property listing on Your Holiday Rentals is for one holiday unit, not multiple units, nor an example of properties in a certain region. Only one property should be shown on a listing unless the prior permission has been given. Your Holiday Rentals reserve the right to amend any property listings not adhering to this policy.
- Substituting listed properties
A property listing on Your Holiday Rentals relates to a specific property, this property must not be substituted for another by way of changes to the text and photographs unless prior permission has been given by the owner. Your Holiday Rentals reserves the right to suspend anyone found to have changed the property being described.
- Contactability
To maintain a high level of service to holidaymakers using this site, we require all owners to be available to respond to enquiries by telephone or email. If an owner is going to be unavailable to respond to enquiries for more than one week, we ask them to provide an answer phone message to that effect or set up an out of office response on their email account. If neither of these options are viable, we ask that owners contact us so we can temporarily suspend their property listing.
We reserve the right to suspend property listings of owners who are unreachable for more than one week. If this happens we will send messages by telephone and email asking for the owner to request re-activation upon their return.
- Links to other websites
Your Holiday Rentals reserves the right to remove from property listings both email addresses and links to external websites which either do not conform to the guidelines provided, or which Your Holiday Rentals feel are not appropriate, or act against the interests of the company or its users. The ultimate responsibility and authority for determining the aforementioned rests solely with Your Holiday Rentals. Should an owner add a link or email address without consent, re-add a link or email address after its removal or remove reciprocated links from their website, we reserve the right to cancel their property listing without refund.
- Termination of a property listing
If Your Holiday Rentals receives substantiated complaints from any number of site users about a listing misrepresenting the property, or its surroundings, then we reserve the right to remove the property without notice, and retain payment. If an owner enters or attempts to enter unsuitable material into the online database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, Your Holiday Rentals reserves the right to remove their associated property listings from this website without refund. Your Holiday Rentals reserves the right to remove any page that it considers to be unsuitable or incomplete, and will not be liable for any expense in so doing.
If owners wish to have their page removed from this website before the end of their subscription, this will be done as soon as we receive formal notice from the subscriber by email or using the contact us page, quoting their owner ID or property number and password. No refunds will be given.
- Payment details
When registering a new property on this site, payment should be made on that same day. If payment is being made by credit or debit card, this can be processed online by Worldpay, our online payment provider. If you do not have the ability to make payment by card, cheques should be sent on the same day as registering (payable to Your Holiday Rentals) to:

If paying by cheque we request that you notify Your Holiday Rentals by email that a cheque has been sent. Your Holiday Rentals reserve the right to remove property listings if no notice has been given by email and where payment isn't received within ten working days. - Refund policy
Your Holiday Rentals provides a 'cooling off period' of ten working days wherein a customer may cancel the requested listing by emailing contact@yourholidayrentals.com or by contacting us using the form on the site, stating owner ID and property number. We will then supply a refund less £5.00 administration fee. We will send a notification by email.
- Changes to conditions and pricing
Your Holiday Rentals reserves the right to change conditions and property listing rates without notice. Any new rates will be applicable immediately for new owners and upon renewal for existing owners.
- Tariff Pricing
Tariff prices are subject to change and are based upon current exchange rates.
