'Eithin Bach' Self Catering Holiday Farm Cottage is all on the ground floor and ideal for families or partially disabled people.

The small holding of Cefn Eithin provides a luxury self catering holiday farm cottage, 'Eithin Bach', ideal for couples or families. Our guests have access to a large 'garden field' which has its own goal post and is ideal for children to run around and let off steam. The cottage is also ideal for couples who are looking for a romantic weekend or short break. We have a Blue Flag beach about five minutes drive away which is about three miles long.

Eithin Bach is located in the little hamlet of Bethesda Bach above Caernarfon Bay near Snowdonia in North Wales. The cottage is set in a tranquil rural location, near the world Royal Heritage Castle Town of Caernarfon, between Snowdonia National Park and the Lleyn Peninsula, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in North West Wales.

The Cottage is surrounded by fields grazed by Welsh Mountain Sheep and has stunning panoramic views of the sea and coast towards the Isle of Anglesey in the North, the Eifl Mountains and the Lleyn Peninsular to the West and the hills and mountains of Snowdonia and the National Park to the South.

'Eithin Bach'is part of a converted barn adjoining the main residence and former farmhouse of 'Cefn Eithin'. It is furnished and decorated to the very finest possible standards. It is double glazed and centrally heated throughout.

Bedrooms

Eithin Bach holiday cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 4/5 people (plus cot / Z bed for babies and/or small children) and is ideal for couples or families of 2 adults plus 2/3 children. It has one spacious double bedroom and a smaller bunk bed bedroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably, plus an extra small child on a small Z-bed if needed and a cot for a baby.

PLEASE NOTE: Access to bunk bedroom is via double bedroom and bathroom.

Open Plan Living Room/Kitchen/Diner

Our holiday property has an open plan living area with very comfortable soft furnishings and lovely mountain views from the lounge area window. It has a brand new fully equipped fitted kitchen/diner with breakfast bar separating it from the lounge area.

The kitchen/lounge of the farm cottage is very well equipped with an electric oven, hob and extractor fan, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV/DVD player, Radio/Tape/CD Player, iron and ironing board. A selection of books, games, DVDs and CDs are available for use.

Luxury Bathroom

The cottage has a luxurious brand new white en-suite bath and shower room with built in washbasin and toilet, a powerful walk in shower with feature glass brick

Our self catering barn conversion holiday cottage near Snowdonia, is double glazed and centrally heated throughout (during Winter and colder periods) and is furnished and decorated to the very finest possible standards.
Sleeps up to 4 people comfortably, but can also accommodate an extra young child on a Z bed and a cot for a baby. It is ideal for couples or families with young children or teenagers.
The cottage is all on the ground level with no steps or stairs inside or outside the property. It is therefore ideally suited for young children and partially disabled guests. Please enquire further if more information is needed.

Bedding, towels, electricity and central heating (during Winter and colder periods) are included in the price unless otherwise specified. We can also supply a cot and high chair.
