The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac, and has just undergone a makeover. The location is great for kids and they can play safely at the large heated pool/jacuzzi or tennis courts and other activities on site. Barbaque/picnic area overlooking the lake and feature fountain. Everything is on one level, so its easy to get about.

There are two bedrooms, the master having a double bed, walk in wardrobe/dressing area, and ensuite bathroom and tv. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds with built in robes. There is also a family bathroom. Attached to the sitting room is a screened Lanai/sun room so you can sit outside and watch the sunrise or set.

There is also a sofa/bed in the living room that can be made up to accomodate 2 more guests if required. Max 6 persons/villa.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with all usual appliances and also a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.

The living room floor has just been newly tiled and the vaulted ceilings and 1400sq ft of living space makes it feel very roomy and relaxing. It has cable tv and a dvd player.

There are two eating areas (breakfast and formal). There is a large integral garage with electric door for ease of use. Parking for a second car if required outside the villa.

Siesta Key beach is a 7 min Car ride, downtown Sarasota is 10 mins along with the high class shops and marina.

Busch Gardens is a 50 min Drive and Downtown Disney is 90 mins.

Sarasota is the cultural capital of Florida with museums, galleries, and the impressive conference centre.
