Our private beachfront holiday villas are located on the border of a clear, exclusive and comfortable holiday site 3km, away from the village of Ildir.
Our beautiful vacation villas are surrounded by a 1000 m2 green grass garden with an open terrace of 20 m and a roofed terrace of 20 m2 veranda.From here,we will have a panoramic and marvelous sea view.

The living room (30m2) in each villa has a satelliteTV and is fully furnished.Internet acces available ( 1024 Mb. DSL)

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, oven and coffee machine.

There are 5 bedro in each villa (18m2,12m2,10m2,7m2 and 20m2 attic rooom) which can accommodate a total of 10 beds (double and single beds).

In each villa, there are 3 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a WC, bathtub and water boiler. The 2 smaller bathrooms has a shower and toilet. There is also a common shower in the garden.

In the garden,there is a common washroom with a washing machine,iron and ironing board.

The huge outside garden is very private where your families and friends could enjoy

a wonderful BBQ meal. Our barbeque and grill sets are available for your use.
LOCATION
- Shops and restaurants are within 200 to 2000 m from the villas.

-The beach is 50 m directly in front of the villas and is within walking distance.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

In order not to have a conflict with the bookings, guests can check-in after 13.00 pm and check-out on or before 12.00 noon.

If the guests want to check-in earlier than 13.00 pm, they accept that their reservation

will take effect from the day before.

Likewise,if the guests check-out after 12.00 noon,it will be considered as an additional day stayed

Upon arrival a deposit of 100 - € will be collected for possible damages to property and breakages of equipment and/or the loss of keys The damage deposit is fully refundable on your departure, provided there is no breakage, damage and missing items during or after your stay

WEEKLY PRICES ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE (EURO - €)

Unit prices are in EURO per villa per week.

Reservation is make for weekly period stay.

Basic price (for 1-4 person) is 550 € for high season (01 Jun -30 Sept), 350 € for mid-season (01 Apr - 31 May and 01. Oct - 30.Nov), 250 € for low-season (01 Dec. -31 Mar). For each additional person we charge 55 € for high season, 35 € for mid-season, 25 € for low-season. Meanwhile 35 Euro is added to rental price for final cleaning.

30 % of the total amount of the rent should be paid as a downpayment to our bank account.

Upon receipt of a copy of this downpayment document by fax from you to the following fax No: +90 (232) 4255798, we will send you a confirmation of your reservation.

The balance 70% of the rent has to be paid when you check-in. Payment must be in cash. The keys to the villa will only be given after payment is made

In case of cancellation on your part, the 30% downpayment will be forfeited


Should the guests decide to leave the villa earlier, they will not be entitled for a refund of the balance of the total amount of the rental

Take a stroll in Cesme
During the high summer season the main shopping area is pedestrianised, allowing you to wander freely between the shops, restaurants and bars.

In the town centre you can find a good selection of carpets, leather goods and souvenirs, which if you decide to buy you can practice your haggling skills. If you feel adventurous, you can explore the maze of side streets to examine Cesme's historic architecture, and witness the daily activities of the local Turkish people.

When dusk falls, Cesme becomes the place to be seen with its 'cafe culture', as both tourists and locals take a leisurely stroll with their family and friends to enjoy the cool evening air.


It is possible to undertake most sporting activities in the area, especially sailing, kitesurfing, windsurfing and scuba diving as the area boasts several schools due to the excellent location for these sports. We can advise you how to book these activities on your arrival, or you can contact us for more information prior to departure. Pre booking is advisable during the busy months of July and August, to ensure that you will not be disappointed.
