Our bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located in a quiet area of Didim with shops and restaurants nearby and within easy reach of main resort and beaches. We are on a complex with 24hr reception/security, outdoor swimming pool seperate jacuzzi and kids pool, bar/cafe, fitness centre, internet excess, kids play park and games room. The complex is surrounded with mixed aegean and mediterranean gardens and artificial waterfall. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room

The apartment is open plan living/dining and kitchen area. There are 2 double sofa beds, tv/dvd player with satellite tv ( tempremental at times ) we also have a selection of dvds and cds. There is a corner dining table with seating for 6 people. The kitchen if fully equipped for all your self catering needs with fridge, hob, washing machine, kettle, toaster,coffee maker, iron and ironing board and water cooler.
Bedroom 1: has a double bed, wardrobe with rail, shelves and drawers, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets with lamps, we also have a hairdryer. Bedroom 2 : has twin beds with wardrobe with rail,and drawers, bedside cabinet with lamp. Bathroom has shower with cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin there is also a free standing shlf unit for your toiletries. The apartment benfits from air con throughout which is also heating in the cooler months. We have 2 balconies one with built in BBQ so you have the sun or shade all day long whichever you prefer. The hallway is spacious with a full length mirror. We also cater for children as we have a highchair, travel cot, selection of cups,bowls,cutlery, baby sterilising unit with bottles, changing mat, small box of toys, board games and selection of dvds.

• We require £50 deposit to secure booking with balance payable no later than 6weeks before departure.
• Deposit is non refundable for cancellation.
• We also require £50 refundable deposit to cover breakages which will be refunded 10 – 14 days
• After your return to U.K. and once the apartment has been checked by our management.
• Please arrange your own holiday insurance and flights.
• For entry in to Turkey an English £10 is required.
• Prices may be subject to change at owners discretion.

ALTINKUM/DIDIM:
Altinkum has 3 beautiful sandy beaches with an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops. Numerous tour companies for a good selection of boat trips, excursions, scuba diving, Turkish baths and more.
The Aegean coast is the most beautiful of turkeys coastline with altinkum being situated on the west of the coast, with lots of ancient sites to visit such as Ephesus which has one of the seven wonders of the ancient world ( the temple of artemis) the climate here is hot and dry during the summer months with a gentle breeze and temperatures ranging from 22c – 40c. There is no shortage of things to do in the evening as Altinkum becomes a hive of activity as bars, discos and restaurants become the focal point of the resort. The harbour front becomes a kaleidoscope of colour as flickering lights reflect on the sea like jewels from the array of bars and restaurants lining the beach front.

Altinkums nearest airport is Bodrum which is approx 1hr -1.30 drive away. there are numerous tour companies who do transfers to and from the airport ( various prices) we can give you web sites of some of these tour companies. When you reach Altinkum a car is not necessary.

The nightlife can be as quiet or busy as you like it there are numerous restaurants/bars which have entertainment and some which do not. There are also bars that have karaoke or quiz nights. During the day there are water sports at the beach or boat trips or you can take a coach to Bodrum or surrounding areas.

There are tour operators who can provide excursions, turkish bath, jeep safari and more. At the beach there are watersports or scuba diving. The Aqua park is 10 mins on dolmus.

Altinkum has 3 beautiful sandy beaches, we have the apollo temple 10 mins away from the apartment , there is a market on a saturday and one every night at maveshir about 15 mins on dolmus. There are a variety of places to visit from Altinkum such as Bodrum, Kusadasi or Izmir.
