The entrance hall leads to a large lounge with comfortable sofas and dining table that seats 6. Large sliding doors open to a huge terrace with fantastic sea views and views over the skyline of Benidorm. The kitchen is well fitted with oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave etc. There is also a separate utility room which has the washing machine. A door leads through to the bedroom area. The master bedroom is a good sized double room with built in wardrobes and en-suite facilities with jacuzzi bath. Sliding doors open to a juliette style balcony and a door leads to a terrace. Two further bedrooms have built in wardrobes and twin beds. The family bathroom has a hydromassage shower over the bath. Very spacious and comfortable accommodation is offered in this apartment which is newly constructed. Hot and cold air conditioning is installed and you will find a selection of toys, books, DVD,s, music CD´s and games for your enjoyment. Full safety equipment can be found including smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, and first aid box. The "L" shaped terrace has loungers, table and chairs for relaxing or dining Al Fresco. This large area has fantastic sea views and views over the skyline of Benidorm. You are also able to overlook one of the 4 swimming pools and tropical landscaped gardens. There are 4 swimming pools within the complex. Each pool has a shallow childrens pool. There are lots of green areas planted with tropical palms.

The resort itself has a newly opened spa centre with bar and restaurant, swimming pool, paddle and tennis court, gymnasium and health and beauty treatments on offer, all payable locally. The 18 hole pitch and putt course opened in 2008 as did the on site restaurant serving excellent cuisine. Please note, a safe can be hired for this property at a cost of 15€ per week. We are also able to provide bicycle hire, children's equipment, all linen and towels are included. Mid week cleaning and laundry services can be arranged if required together with Welcome grocery packs and anything else you require to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible.

A 20% (250 euro minimum)deposit will secure your booking with the balance payable 56 days before the start of your holiday. Departure clean included. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or bank transfer. We will request a 250 euro damage deposit which will be returned once your holiday is completed. Bed Linen and towels are provided, however a small charge is made for the laundry.

Nearest airport Alicante, take the AP7 motorway to junction 65 (approximately 45 minutes) the property is approximately 10 minutes from junction 65 following the signs to Finestrat and the Terra Mitica Theme Park. Alternatively take a train from Alicante station heading North and the nearest station is the Terra Mitica theme park station. The property would be approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot from here. We are happy to help you with airport transfers and car hire.
