The Jalon valley is one of the most picturesque locations on the Costa Blanca. It is a very fertile valley, sheltered by beautiful mountains, with vineyards, orange groves, almond and olive trees, yet it is only 12 miles inland

Casa Jennah is set amidst beautiful landscaped gardens that complement the natural surroundings of the Jalon valley.
The villa has its own private pool and terracing that is perfect for sunbathing and cooking on the barbeque.
One of the main features of Casa Jennah is the luxury dining table and chairs seating 6 people under the cool veranda, together with a rattan sofa and chairs for leisurely reading and coffee breaks.

The villa is perfectly equipped for the ultimate self catering holiday.
The lounge has comfortable furnishings and dinning facilities for up to 6 people. It is equiped with satellite TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is well equiped with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
Both bedrooms are comfortable, clean and fresh. They are cool in summer, but have the addition of electric fans if required. There are fitted wardrobes and bedroom furniture in each bedroom that provide plenty of space for holiday possessions. The following sleeping facilities are also available:- Travel cot, sofa bed in lounge and a 'put-u-up' bed.
There is a full bathroom with over bath shower.
Linen and towels are included as part of the weekly rental price.

The normal changeover day is a Saturday, but at off peak times or by negotiation at peak times, where possible, Sunday, or mid week changeovers can be arranged.

Tariff
|

Prices are based on 4 people sharing. There is a supplement of £45 per week for each additional occupant (excluding babies under 2 years).
The changeover day is set on a Saturday, but increasingly over the past couple of years we have accepted Sunday to Sunday bookings during the high season or midweek to midweek bookings at other times to accommodate cheaper air fares for family bookings. Please request day preferred when making an enquiry.
Periods other than 1 or 2 week durations can be booked, the cost per additional night is calculated pro rata to the weekly rate.
Special rates available for rentals of one month or more.
A non- refundable deposit of £150, per week booked, is payable on confirmation of booking.
The balance of payment is to be paid 8 weeks before departure.
Gas and electricity, linen hire and weekly cleaning are included in all rental prices.

Here you will find bakeries, local butchers, convenience stores and a weekly market selling fresh fruit and vegetables. Within a short drive there are numerous amenities such as golf courses, marinas, natural waterfalls, traditional bodegas and horse riding. Also to entertain the children - a fantastic water park, wildlife centre. safari park, and Terra Mitica theme park are all within easy driving distance. Above all, the area surrounding the villa is ideal for walking, climbing, and birdwatching.
