Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridgefreezer and washing machine. Lounge dining area with 4 seater dining table and 1 two seater and one 3 seater sofa. There is a TV with satellite TV, also a DVD with a selection of dvds, play station with selection of games and board games.
All linen/towels and beach towels provided. If you are driving there is plenty of spaces dotted around the apartment.Airport transfers can also be arranged.
Outside there is a large terrace with table and chairs,2 sun loungers and a barbacue the patio is a few metres away from the pool and has the added benefit of being south facing so is in the sun from midday till late evening umbrella and palm trees for shade if you prefer.
There is also the private beach club situated on the tip of the La Manga strip overlooking the mediterranean,there is a bus service from Roda that takes you to the harbour where you catch a boat over to the strip,you can also drive yourself which takes approx 45 mins.
Also for your use in the underground store room there are 4 bicycles, 9 piece golf set, pool inflatables, bats and balls etc.
Green fees and car hire can be arranged if required, and guests staying at the apartment are eligible to the same discounts as owners on the golf fees in the club house and at the beach club and will be provided with a discount card on arrival.
