The wide south facing balcony has a patio table and four chairs with views over the marina and the Mar Menor.
It is a relaxing place to sit in tranquil surroundings and watch the boats sail by. We are close to the marina entrance so there is always plenty of activity to watch from the comfort of the balcony.

Arrival and departure times are flexible and can be agreed prior to departure.
Included in the rental rates are electricity, linen, towels and final clean.
Each apartment accommodates 4 people. For the comfort of future guests the apartment is exclusively for the use of non-smokers and pets are not allowed.
I will need a deposit of £100 to confirm your booking. Balance of payment is due 6 weeks prior to departure together with a refundable key deposit of £100. The key deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure.
Midweek bookings are possible. Extra nights are available at pro rata rates.
Minimum stay of 1 night, but a cleaning charge of £50 is applicable to stays of less than one week.
Optional welcome pack £25, cot and high chair available for rent.
Pounds sterling accepted. Payment accepted by cheque, bank transfer, debit or credit card, PayPal, Eurogiro.
A 2% card processing fee is applicable to debit and credit card transactions.

If you are considering car hire then I would recommend www.premiercarjet.com and travelsupermarket.com.
It is not necessary to hire a car since we are just a couple of minutes walk from a supermarket, coffee shop, bakery and two restaurants and bars. The beaches are only a few hundred yards away. The marina is less than a 20 minute stroll away (or one short stop on the bus) with a variety of excellent restaurants and bars. Boat trips and the foot ferry depart from the marina and you can also take diving trips from here or hire boats. If you wish to go sightseeing or shopping in Cartagena or Murcia you can catch a bus from the strip. There is a bus stop a few hundred yards from the apartment and buses run regularly along the strip. If you wish to hire a cycle it will be delivered to your door. |

We are located at an exclusive part of the strip overlooking the largest marina in the area. At the marina you will find many excellent restaurants and bars. You can take various boat trips from the marina, hire boats and jetskis, and take diving trips to nearby islands. Long stretches of unspoilt beaches and therapeutic mud are only a few hundred metres away, and a great variety of water sports close by.
The Mar Menor is an immense lake of warm, tranquil salt water, rich in salts and iodine and noted for its therapeutic properties. Black clay mud found in the lake is beneficial to the skin and people can be found covering themselves with it from head to toe! The waters are a magnificent natural swimming pool with temperatures maintained by a sun that shines for an average of 320 days each year. This is an excellent place for snorkeling and the maximum depth of 6.5m makes it an ideal location to enjoy the many water sports available. |
