In the living room there are two leather armchairs and a sofa, radio tuner, CD/DVD player and satellite TV (British channels from the Sky satellite and Dutch and German channels from the Astra Satellite), together with an air-conditioning unit for both warming and cooling
An ADSL- Internet and telephone connection are present.
An Electrical fireplace and a Butane gas heater are available for colder times of the year.
The fully equipped kitchen is opposite the living room. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, microwave,kitchen utensils and so on.
Cooking is by means of a ceramic hob cooker with 4 heating zones.
Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with air co.
The two bad rooms (one on each floor) contains a bath with shower and WC.
Four Terraces at three sides catch the sun and it shines a lot. Sun beds are available.

By airplane, one comes of course the fastest to Vera Natura. The airport Almeria lies about 80 km away.
The airports Murcia (130km) and Alicante (200 km) are also possibilities. A lot more flights are an plus. If one has more time available, the own car is an alternative. The outward journey by the motorway until Vera is problem-free. |

Through the well maintained complex, with lots of palm trees, rich-flowering bougainvilleas, the swimming pool is only one minute's walk away, and in just two minutes' walk, you can be on the (public naturist) beach |

About 400m away, there is a big supermarket. Larger stores and supermarkets, among other things, you will find in Vera (6 kms. away) where moreover on Saturdays there is a market. Garrucha (4 km) is well known for its maritime harbour and its beautiful boulevard. The fascinating weekly market takes place always on Fridays. Somewhat further to the south, lies the small town of Mojácar (9 kms away). Set apart from the many new housing developments at the coast, the beautiful Pueblo lies some kilometres inland into the mountains. |
