There is one queen-bedded bedroom with aircon/heating, well-furnished with ample drawers and cupboard space with an en-suite bathroom having full bath with shower above, wc and marble handbasin with large mirror above and one twin-bedded bedroom with pine furniture and ample cupboards/wardrobe space also having it's own shower room, with large walk-in shower, wc and marble handbasin with mirror above. Both bedrooms are bright, well furnished and have access from patio doors to terraces/gardens. The large and airy lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished with two sofas, marble fireplace, dining table/chairs and large coffee table and has SKY TV, radio, cassette, cd player and leads out onto a lovely Spanish tiled terrace with table, chairs and sunloungers overlooking a wonderful pool only a few steps away. The well-equipped kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. From here walk through to a new breakfast room and enjoy your morning coffee whilst looking out to the enclosed and secluded garden. A quiet retreat to have a nap or read that novel. All areas are laid to lawn and well maintained.

Sky TV is installed. There is also radio/cd/cassette player. Microwave in kitchen along with full size hob and oven. Parking is outside front entrance, a few level steps to front door. No stairs involved. Easy offloading of luggage, golfclubs or shopping. Good access for wheelchairs. BBQ park with seating, cooking areas and outside bar is located just up the road from apartment making it an ideal spot to cook and enjoy a friendly atmosphere.

The property is AVAILABLE WHOLE YEAR from January to December. No price increase for 2010 . All rates shown are per weekly basis and fully inclusive. Part-weeks or weekend breaks between bookings etc can also be at favourable rates. Please enquire about longer lets during winter season.
a 25% deposit is necessary to secure your booking. This can be paid into my UK bank in Sterling or my Spanish Bank account if Euro.
Upon receipt of this a Holiday Contract will be issued to you to safeguard your booking and monies paid and is a legal requirement in Spain. The balance due can be paid on arrival at the apartment (in cash) or three weeks prior to arrival through payment into my UK bank account for Sterling or Spanish bank for Euros.

Complex is within the Mijas Golf Complex. All facilities available nearby. Call Cabin with Internet Services etc, shops, hairdressers, entertainment, bars and restaurants are located in the nearby towns of Fuengirola and La Cala. A public Phone Box is installed at the complex entrance. In the vicinity of the property are smaller local supermarkets and several casual bar/restaurants both Spanish and English. Car parking is outside our property entrance. |
| About the Area: |
Fuengirola and La Cala both have weekly markets with Fuengirola Fairground holding a huge Tuesday market selling all manner of produce and clothing and ceramics etc. Also held on a Saturday is a very large open-air Car Boot Sale. There are many little bars and restaurants around the grounds where you can sit, soak up the sun and atmosphere 'people watch' and have a cooling drink and some tapas to eat. For children and families in general there is also a wonderful Aquapark in the area, opposite to Dunnes Stores. This has great water features and slides and is fun for the whole family to spend a day there. Beaches also are minutes away from here and the Port and Marina with many open-air restaurants serving a wide variety of menus to suit all tastes. |

The quaint village of Mijas set high in the hills and the larger town of Fuengirola abound with restaurants, bars, nightlife of every description. La Cala is also an attractive place to visit and has many various venues to attract the visitor. The local free weekly newspapers offer a lot of information about entertaining things to do and see during your visit to the area and are well worth a read. The adjacent Hotel Tamisa Golf also has musical entertainment/dancing at the weekends in their lovely cocktail bar and restaurant and other themed events are held regularly. You may check their upcoming events and book with them accordingly. There are several Happy Hour Nights also where drinks are at reduced prices.
There are many brochures showing items of interest for all concerned located in the apartment along with helpful maps of the different areas.

The area offers many attractions for the holidaymaker. There are many restaurants within the immediate area to suit all budgets. For golfers the ease of access to the courses and the ClubHouse with its own bar and restaurant. Also a friendly BBQ park just along the road with it's own rustic bar where you can make new friends and have an enjoyable time. A short drive or taxi ride away would take you to Fuengirola Port with its many bars/restaurants of every nationality giving you the opportunity to try something different, maybe Jamaican or Scandinavian or German food. If that is not to your liking there are still many Spanish and English eateries available also, something for everyone abounds here. The main promenade is here also and you will find lots of nightlife etc around this area or maybe a stroll after dinner along the water's edge would be the perfect end to your day. There are ample supermarkets/shops and markets within the local area also making it easy to do your food/souvenir shopping.
