The apartment is situated on the first floor of the block and includes a living room with dining area, separate kitchen and utility room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and terrace. There is marble flooring throughout complete with high quality furnishings. There is also air conditioning throughout. There is a secure underground car park accessed via a passenger lift to each floor of the apartment block. There are two communal swimming pools.
The living room is finished with marble floors and has patio doors leading on to the large south west facing terrace benefiting from panoramic sea views of the Mediterranean and overlooking the golf course and one of the many swimming pools.
The living room has two brown leather sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed. The living area is also equipped with 50" TV and DVD player. The dining area to the rear of the living room is equipped with a dark wood dining table complete with 6 matching chairs.
The fully fitted kitchen finished with granite worktops to the main area and breakfast bar, is equipped with built in dishwasher, fridge freezer, and stainless steel appliances comprising oven, hob, extractor and microwave.
The master bedroom comprises a double bed with side tables and lamps, and also benefits from dressing table and built in wardrobes. The master bedroom benefits from a luxury en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom comprises twin beds with side table and lamp, wardrobes and chest.

This gated complex has a commercial centre consisting of a superb 9 Hole Golf Course, Club House, Restaurant & Bar together with three communal swimming pools and within a 15 minute walk to the blue flag Casares beach.
This 2464 yard Par 34 nine hole golf course was designed by Juan Carlos Martinez.
The holes have the following pars:

Although it is not a very long course, it's design allows you to use all the clubs that the bag contains. The course has four artificial lakes that aesthetically improve the course design as well as making the game more entertaining.
The Club House overlooks the first fairway and consists of a large terrace, bar, restaurant, golf shop and clubs room. The course also benefits from the optional hire of golf buggies taking the weight off of your shoulders!

About the area

Our apartment is easily accessible from both Malaga and Gibralter airports. Malaga is approx 50 minutes from our apartment, and Gibralter approx 25 minutes.
A car is recommended during your stay for easy accessibility for many attractions and places of interest. However, there is a very good taxi service available at the end of our road which is relatively inexpensive if you do not have your own transport or fancy a few glasses of sangria!
There is also a bus service which you can pick up locally for access to other areas along the coast such as Estepona, San Pedro etc.
