Vehicle access, down a half mile private road, is right to the door with parking for upto three cars. There is a telephone for incoming and local calls and satedllite broadband internet connection; the latter is included in the rental for those wishing to make use of the internet. Quilts and covers, blankets and pillows are provided but not sheets, pillowcases or towels unless specially requested.

The cottage accommodation consists of a living room/kitchen electric cooker, fridge/freezer and normal cooking equipment; a fully tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, wash-handbasin, two washing sinks and an automatic washing machine. The sitting room has an open fire and recess alcove double bed and wardrobe, three piece suite and television which receives 4 channels. There are two other bedrooms, one double and one with full adult-size bunk beds. Finally there is a large entrance porch and hall.
