1. Bookings of less than 2 nights may not be accepted during July and August and Bank holiday weekends.
2. Nothing is charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
3. If you cancel your booking within 14 days of your agreed arrival date or fail to show up, your card will be charged if the accommodation cannot be re-let. You may wish to take out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
4. A booking is not confirmed until you receive an email to that effect. Bookings by telephone excepted.

Travelling East to West into the city on the M8.

1. Exit Junction 16.
2. Turn right at the bottom of the slip road.
3. Turn left under the motorway bridge.
4. Turn left at the Traffic lights onto the A879. Follow signs for Milngavie.
5. Continue forward at every set of Traffic lights until you come to a roundabout. approx.
6 kilometres. Take the 2nd exit onto the A807 to Milngavie.
6. Turn left at traffic lights onto A81. Take 2nd exit at roundabout to Town Centre.
Continue forward at traffic lights at Police Station.
7. Turn left at traffic lights (signposted to Duntocher).
8. Turn left at the traffic lights at the post office.
9. Take the first exit at next roundabout.
10. Turn right at Baljaffray roundabout onto the A809 towards Drymen.
11. Continue straight ahead at Crossburn roundabout for another 1 kilometre.
12. Turn left 100 metres past the Craigton 40mph signs into the road marked Tambowie and continue uphill for approx. 300metres and you have arrived!!


Travelling from the south on the M77 or from Glasgow Airports.

1. Follow signs for the Clyde Tunnel.
2. Proceed through the tunnel northwards on the A739.
3. Continue forward at every set of Traffic lights for approx. 5 kilometres until you come to
Canniesburn Toll roundabout in Bearsden. Take the 1st exit onto the A809. Continue
forward at the traffic lights and proceed 1 kilometre upto Bearsden Cross.
4. Continue forward again, then after 400 metres the main road bears left, indicate and turn right onto the A809 signposted Ski Club and Bearsden. Continue forward at Baljaffrey roundabout and again at Crossburn roundabout. 1 kilometre further on you will see two 40mph signs with Craigton written on them.
5. Turn left 100 metres beyond the signs into the lane marked Tambowie. Continue 300 metres to the very end of the lane and you have arrived at Tambowie Farm. Have a safe journey.


Entertainment

There are many excellent local bars and restaurants catering for every taste. Golf, fishing, horse riding and hillwalking are all available in the immediate vicinity and a visit to a shooting range is a short drive away.
