Ground Floor
Front entrance opens onto a large modern fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine and traditional fireplace, pine ceiling with sunken lighting, 3 double glazed windows.

A doorway leads into the large open plan lounge diner. In the far corner of the lounge is a door leading into the ground floor bathroom. An open plan staircase to the first floor separates the lounge and dining areas. In the centre of the lounge there is a door opening onto the patio area and garden.

All ground floor rooms are tiled. English satellite tv is installed.

Spacious patio and bbq area. To the side of the house there is a private parking and turning area for 3 cars.
