Makarora is a small community in New Zealand's magnificient Southern Alps. Stretching north from the head of Lake Wanaka, the Makarora Valley borders Mount Aspiring National Park.
Originally from the USA, we have lived in Makarora for over 25 years and like sharing our mountain retreat and enjoying good food and conversation.
