Take a 5 min walk to the local village where you will find most of your requirements including cafes, restaurants, bar and art gallery. The larger township of Paraparaumu has an extensive range of modern shops and is only a 6 min drive away.

Everon Cottage” has two main double bedrooms, one of which includes a small sun-room extension. The central lounge has a large, efficient wood burner stove capable of heating the whole cottage interior in winter months. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooking facilities, and two fridges.

On a lower level downstairs is a modernised bathroom with a wet area shower, as well as a large English style porcelain bath. An adjoining room contains full laundry facilities.


Broadband is also available at the cottage.
