 Two new luxury holiday cottages located in the heart of Lake Manapouri township on the doorstep of Fiordland National Park. A 2 minute walk will take you to the departure point for Doubtful Sound trips, the local shops or to Lake Manapouri itself.
These purpose built cottages have been designed so guests can enjoy not only all of Fiordland National Parks attractions but have some where really special to come back to relax, sit back and enjoy looking onto the Hunter Mountains in Fiordland National Park watching the sun go down. These cottages are a home away from home and have quality furnishings and fittings.
Both cottages have their own sections but are located next door to each other so can be used for groups travelling together who also want their own space and privacy yet be next door when socialising.
They can be booked together or individually and there is no minimum or maximum stay.

18 Motu-Close Cottage:
3 bedroom contemporary cottage, master bedroom with ensuite and opens out onto deck, the next bedroom contains a queen bed and also opens onto the deck and the third bedroom has 2 king single beds.
The main bathroom contains a shower, bath and wall hung vanity with a seperate toilet. Full laundry and well appointed kitchen. A garage is also on the property for storage of vehicles, kayaks, bikes, fishing equipment etc. Plenty of parking room for a boat.
Heating is by way of a heat pump and the cottage is double glazed to ensure it is warm in winter and cool in summer.
A deck running the length of the cottage allows for good indoor/outdoor flow. Outdoor furniture and gas BBQ provided.
16 Motu-Close Cottage:
2 bedroom cottage, master bedroom with ensuite opening out onto deck its own deck, the second bedroom contains a queen bed and is located beside the main bathroom which contains a shower and wall hung vanity.
The open plan kitchen/lounge area seperates the two bedrooms giving guest their own privacy and space.
Full laundry facilities and well appointed kitchen. A garage is also on the property for storage of vehicles, kayaks, bikes, fishing equipment etc. Plenty of parking room for a boat.
