The villa has been restored in 2001, and has been decorated and furnished with carefully chosen material. All the wood components were made to measure by an ingenious craftsman-artist and have been treated exclusively with environmental-friendly products.
Villa la Torriola is a 400 sq. metres property, with only 5 charming self catering apartments for 2 and 4 people.
Among the communal areas in the villa, just nextdoor the self catering apartments, the meeting room-lounge (with satellite TV), the 80 sq. metres patio with tables and chairs for alfresco dining, the reception where you find plenty of informations about the area,and a choice of books.
You can decide from day to day whether to take a dip in the 12 x 6 swimming pool, pamper yoursel with a fitness session (with the hidrobikes, the hot tube, and a relaxing massage) or rest in the shade of the olive grove. To take a walk in the woods to gather mushrooms or to stroll up and down the alleyways of Todi in search of curiosities to buy.
The warmth of the hand-made bricks, the old-world charm of the roof tiles, the chiaroscuro effect of the inlaid wood are evocative of long gone eras when man followed nature’s rhythms trustingly.
Quietness and tranquillity are guaranteed at Villa La Torriola, not only by its breathtaking location among green hills of Umbria, woods and olive groves, but most of all by the low number of people that can be hosted, even on peak season

At 200 mt. above sea level, dipped an amazing place full of green hills and forests, the warm of the summer is always mitigated by a fresh breeze.
You can tackle excursions on foot or by mountain bike, but also relax lazing in the sun or in the fully equipped solarium.

SWIMMING POOL:
The pool measures 12 m. x 6 m and goes from 1.20 m. at the shallow end to 2.50 m. at the deep end.
It is edged in hand-made tiles and surrounded by lawns.
It is floodlit at night and is open from 1st May to 30th September.
It is equipped with sun-beds, deckchairs and beach umbrellas. Swimming towels can be hired on request.
Information and restrictions: There is no lifeguard. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Use of a swimming cap is appreciated. Silence when guests are taking a siesta is appreciated
