It was recently restored in old-florentine style respecting and setting off the preexistent architecture as the wooden beam cealings , the stone arches and the “cotto” floor as well as some fresco on the walls which represents an element of great value. The apartment consists of an entrance-corridor at the end of which open a large living-dining room with dining table and kitchenette + one double sofa bed. In the livingroom open a balcony facing a courtyard ,one small storage with washing machine and a large bathroom with shower. Laterally, on the corridor , open a fine double bedroom very cosy and well furnished with a wardrobe . Both the rooms have the windows on the back with no problem od noisiness . The apartment is about 50 sq.meters large and accommodates 2+2 . Ideal for a couple with children.
