Charming farmhouse perched majestically on a gentle hill surrounded by 15 has of its own land with olive groves.The hilltop location offers great views on the gentle Marche hills and on the lovely art town of San Severino with all amenities, only 2,5 kms away from the property. A picture postcard view of the town overloked by its medieval towers is offered from the house. Accomodation is provided in four delightful, well appointed one and two bedrooms apartments, each with its own distinctive décor and furnishings, fitted with all modern comforts, while retaining their traditional rural character. The location, midway from the coast and the Sibillini Mountains, is an ideal base to explore the many delights of authentic Marche and near Umbria.
The apartments
Tamerici, Terrazza, Alloro and Tramonto are the apartemnts available, they can sleep between two and four people comfortably and each faces the property’s garden and swimming pool. Tamerici and Alloro have the exclusive use of a terraced area under a covered portico near the entrance. Tramonto has a private gazebo and Terrazza has access to a private spacious terrace. Each of these outdoor areas is furnished with patio dining furniture, providing guests with the opportunity to enjoy breakfast and other meals outdoor. By the pool sun loungers, shade sails, “gazebo” and a solar-heated shower are provided.
