 Colombarotto Farm Holidays (agritourism) is placed within the "Parco Oglio Nord", at the heart of cultural and naturalistic route, just 10 minutes far from the centre of Cremona.
The farmstead Colombarotto is a wide close court yard with peculiar long arcades, a little church consacrated to St. Sofia and St. Damaso, the manor house with the dovecot, and an ancient cowshed now used as restaurant.
Totally we have 11 rooms (24 beds).

Bed and Breakfast hosting takes place mainly in the former shooting lodge just renovated, with 6 wide double-rooms and 2 single rooms, all of them providing toilets and air-conditioning. Double roooms on the ground floor have cooking facilities and are easy to reach for disabled persons. The rooms on the first floor have a little balcony.
In the manor house we also have 3 rooms: 1 double, 1 triple and 1 quadruple room. Here is possible to use a kitchen, a dining room and a private garden.

From our position you can reach the centre of Cremona in a short time, as well as other important cities such as Brescia, Mantova, Soresina. Also the above mentioned Fair of Cremona can be reached in a few minutes.
Brescia Airport is just 35 km far from our Farm Holidays. There are daily flights to and from London Stansted, and Barcellona Girona by Ryanair.
Distances: Cremona 14 km, Soncino 35, Brescia 40, Crema 40, Piacenza 50, Sabbioneta 50, Mantova 60, Parma 60, Lago di Garda 60, Milano 85.
From the highway Milano-Venezia, once you reach Brescia, take the highway Torino-Piacenza and exit at Pontevico-Robecco d'Oglio. Once passed the tollbooth, turn on the right, on the street for Pontevico; turn on the left after the traffic light, following the directions for Robecco d'Oglio. After 2,2 Km, when you reach the traffic light in Robecco d'Oglio, go on for other 50 mt and turn on the left in front of the hardware store. Go on this route for 3 Km and then turn on the left towards Scandolara. After 2 Km, having crossed the highway flyover, you meet the sign of Alfiano Nuovo and enter in Colombarotto Farm.

It is the ideal place for people who love riding, mountain-bike, fishing on the river and rowing (we have a handy slipway on the river Oglio).

Cremona is a beautiful city with famous monuments and and great traditions. The fame of this city is due to Stradivari and to the violin maker art that was handed down today by numerous schools and workshops of Violin Maker.
Cremona is also famous for its culinary art and in particular for nougat (torrone).
