The Residence Casale Nunziatina is formed by three independent apartments provided with bath rooms, air-conditioning , heating , TV set , Fridge , Washing machine . Each apartment is properly decorated and furnished. The bed rooms have king-size bed , two night tables with lamps, , desk, two chairs, and large closets. The bathrooms are very spacious, elegantly tiled I , equipped with shower . The owners give extra care for the cleaning of each apartment.
The house is surrounded by a typical Sorrento’s citrus grove and centuries-old olive trees, in a totally noise free environment

“Edera” Apartment
Two room independently -35 sq. meters – apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Provided with a divan-bed for additional sleeping.Total (2 +1) The cooking-area has all cooking facilities for self-catering, including oven and fridge. There are also a washing machine and TV set. The apartment is elegantly furnished, and is provided with air conditioning , and an independent heating system, also adequate for winter holidays.
Outside of the apartment there is a porch with table and chairs where it is possible to enjoy the meals or just sip a cold drink during the evening hours..

“Gardenia “Apartment
Three rooms independently – 45 Sq meters – formed by a bedroom, living room with barrel vaults, and bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
The apartment is elegantly furnished and provided with air conditioning and, an independent heating system adequate also for winter holidays.
The apartment has a double bed room. Another bedroom has three single beds . Accomodating five persons .The configuration of the apartment it is in such a way that two couple of friends can be accomodated keeping their privacy as there are two doors between the two bedrooms. The cooking-area has all cooking facilities for self-catering, including oven and fridge. There is also a washing machine, and color LCD TV set. In front of the Apartment there is a beautiful , and well maintained Lawn.

“Giglio” Apartment
Two rooms independently – 40 Sq meters – formed by a bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Provided with a double divan-bed for additional two sleeping .The cooking-area has all the cooking facilities for self-catering, including oven and fridge, it also has a washing machine, and color TV.
The configuration of the apartment it is in such a way that two couple of friends can be accomodated keeping their privacy as there are two doors between the Bed Room and Living Room.

The tarif are variable , for each apartment , according the number of persons and the season.

The tarif range it is a minimum of 50 Euro ( two persons ) per day ,in Low season ; to a maximum of 100 Euro per day , (five persons), in High Season.

The tarif are including water, light , gas consumption ; Bed and bath Linen which will che changed on weekly basis. The heating it is accounted separately and charged at 0,35 Euro x Kwh.

From June to September we prefer to rent the apartments for at least a week. Rest of the year bookings not less than three days.

Whatever it is the length of stay 15 Euro are due for the final cleaning of the apartment.

BOOKING POLICY : For stays longer than three days a deposit of 30% of the total fee it is due at the booking. The balance to be paid cash on arrival at the Residence.
For three days stays the total amount it is due at the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY : For stays longer than three days the deposit will not be returned but it will remain "in force " for future bookings. For three days stays the deposit will not be returned.

The nearest Airport to Sorrento City it is NAPOLI CAPODICHINO which is 50 kilometers far. It handles domestic and international flights. There are frequent buses which liks the airport to Sorrento. Of course it is also possible to book a transfer with a car and driver.
There is an excellent bus service that links the various spots of Sorrento Penisula, including beaches .
Some coch tours are running the area of Sorrento City and Sorrento peninsula.

Here is a party all the year long, with thousands of local cultural traditions on a very tight schedule: from the Carnival, the famous Easter processions that cross all Peninsula and the thousands of summer and autumn feasts of typical products cheered up by the typical Sorrento "tarantella", an ancient folkloristic dance, to the rich Christmas events. Top-level restaurants invite you to taste the local cooking, famous all over the world, which combines fish and meat menus.

In a tidy and safe atmosphere, everybody will spend his ideal holiday, having the opportunity to choose from nature and silence, health and culture, swims, thermal treatments , boat excursions, naturalistic walks, excursions in the archaeological areas and visits to museums (Mineralogy Museum, Museo Correale, Museum-workshop of wooden tarsia, Museum of Villa Fondi), to the old city centres rich in monasteries and cloisters, , and to the ancient hamlets with frescoed churches, ; but also sport and musical and cinema events of international echo, theatre performances, night clubs and bars.
