The house is fully wheelchair accessible, and there are front, back and side entrance to the house. Ample parking is available in the grounds.

The sitting room, kitchen, dinning room, utility room and bathroom are located on the ground floor, while four bedrooms, all en-suite are located upstairs. All bedrooms have TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Bed linen and towels are included in rental costs.

The fully fitted kitchen has all the modern conveniences and if you have any special requirements, don't hesitate to ask.

Oil Heating, Open Fires, Wide Screen Television, Cooker, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing Machine And Dryer, All Glassware cutlery and crockery, linen supplied, Electric Shower Walking distance to local pub and shop.

Babysitting.
Should you require an experienced baby sitter during your stay, please mention on the special request section of the booking form. A child's cot and high chair are available.

The Gardens.
The landscaped gardens have trees, shrubs and lots of flowers, with a seated patio area ideally suited for barbeques, eating al fresco or simply relaxing. A large barbeque grill is also available - the only thing we can't supply is theweather.

There is ample space to exercise pets, but please be aware of neighbouring farm animals, as sheep are especially scared of dogs.
