The top floor of the villa with glorious panoramic views has all the facilities to provide a wonderful high quality self-catering holiday. 800m from nearest beach with crystal clear water. Around the villa there is a large mediterranean garden with roses, rosemary, lavender, fig and olive trees.
The villa offers a peaceful rural setting with spectacular views of the sea to the front and of the hills behind.
The property is reached by a track rising 400 m from the road. Variety of beaches are around. 5 minutes by car to the resort of Nea Stira with its shops and tavernas. A car is recommended.

Prices are for the apartment on the top floor and shower room downstairs per week in euros. The apartment is bookable for weeks or months.
5% discount for returning guests.
5% Early Booking discount (valid for bookings till 31.01.2011).
All reservations must be guaranteed with an initial payment of 50% of the rent upon confirmation. The initial payment is non-refundable. Final payment is due after arrival.

About the area

A car is recommended to get to the villa. It can be hired at the Athens International
Airport. From there you drive to the ferry port of Agia Marina, which is about 35 km away and takes less than an hour.
After 45 minutes crossing the clear waters of the Aegean sea with both sides small picturesque islands on the way you arrive in Nea Stira.
From the Port of Nea Stira a 5 minute drive will bring you to the property.
Details of the exact route will be sent after your booking.
An other route to the island is crossing the bridge at Chalkida. We are happy to advise.
