ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation consists of two separate, fully air-conditioned large luxury villas, each with its own private swimming pool, BBQ and sunloungers suitable for 10-12 persons.

The basement of the villa has a triple bedroom with a double and a single bed, storage room, walk in wardrobes, bathroom with shower, wc, hairdryer, shaving sockets and a further spacious room with a single bed and play area with football table and air hockey machine.

The ground floor has a living area with open fireplace,Satellite TV, DVD player,CD player, comfortable sofas and leads to the open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has full size oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and all utensils. Also on the ground floor is a wash basin and wc.

*PLEASE NOTE: Prices are per villa per night and include all facilities.
All the prices are for the whole villa 5 bedrooms.
Following a request for a villa we will hold the property for 7 days, allowing time for us to receive a 30% non refundable advance payment.
If confirmation payment is not received during the time, the property will be released for booking.
70% (plus whatever extras i.e. extra guests premium) 4weeks before arrival.
We require an additional 50 Euro per person (refundable) deposit to be paid locally on arrival in case of any damage to the property.
The payments are done via your bank directly to our account or with paypal or credit cards.
We do not accept personal cheques, traveler cheques.

October to April villas are available for longterm rent.
Bookings are welcomed for holiday periods out of season periods i.e. christmas, easter, carnival time etc. To reserve the villa for holiday periods you will need to pay a 30% non-refundable deposit with theba

During the holiday season (May-October) almost all international flights are chartered flights from European cities. Domestic flights are available between Zakynthos airport and Athens , served by the national airline Olympic Airlines.
BY BUS
There are daily bus services from Athens & Patras - the national bus company (KTEL) www.ktel.org
The trip Athens - Kyllini lasts around 4 hours. From Kyllini there is ferry boat to Zakynthos 1 hour and 15 minutes.

CAR/FERRY
If you travel by car, you can reach us VIA ITALY (Venice, Trieste, Ancona, Bari, Brindisi) on the ferry www.allgreekferries.com (18 hour crossing from Ancona) or ferry operators for Patras. From Patras is 1 hour drive by car or bus to Kyllini port in which you can get the ferry to Zakynthos.

Tsilivi area is very close to the villas with alot of bars ,pubs,and good choice
of restuarants

Plentiful watersports and diving available on the island. Horseriding 15 minutes away, mini golf, Jeep Safaris, boat rides, bicycle hire, wine tasting, cruise to Kefalonia and Olympia/Athens, Greek nights, 5 aside football weekly.

The beaches of Zante are famous, especially Laganas and Kalamaki and Tsilivi for the visiting Loggerhead Turtles which visitors can spot if they take a boat trip or hire pedloes, when the turtles are visiting Zante beaches to lay there eggs. There is plenty to do such as visit the famously photographed shipwreck or the protected Turtle Island.
