 Holiday Accommodation on Corfu
Casa Lucia is an old olive press beautifully converted into seven cottages, set in glorious gardens with a unique swimming pool decorated with mosaics. Each unit varies in size and design, but all are comfortable and retain the old beams, clay tile roofs and thick stone walls which keep them cool in summer, warm in winter. The place is peaceful and relaxing; people of all nationalities and ages return year after year; children are safe and free; groups feel at ease; people on their own are not lonely. 1 bedroom, 1 shower room

Special attention is paid to cleanliness and maintenance with daily maid service (except for Sundays and holidays), and unobtrusive management ready with help and information when needed. We are a family business and our aim has always been to respect the environment while offering people a fulfilling and relaxing holiday. There is TV only in reception for specials such as the Olympics, telephone/internet also only in reception; table and ceiling fans in the cottages instead of air condition

The cottages vary in size, but most can accommodate up to 4 or 5 people: usually a double-bedded bedroom, a living/dining room with two sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom; outdoors there is a secluded garden space with table, chairs, sunloungers and umbrella. All linen is provided, including beach towels; and a beach umbrella and bag, hairdryer, iron, and welcome pack .

Prices are per cottage per day self-catering
with daily maid service except Sundays and public holidays.
All taxes and VAT included.
Bookings will be held for 5 days until receipt of a 25% deposit which can be by credit card, personal cheque or bank transfer in the name of Valerie Osborne. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival date.

About the area

From the airport, turn right when joining the main road: keep going until you reach the sea, then turn left and follow the road all the way round the outskirts of Corfu town, past the old and the new forts, the old and the new ports, and then along disco strip until you reach a large junction with traffic lights.
**** Go right and continue along this road passing Kontokali and Gouvia in the direction of Paleocastritsa.
After l0 km. you will come to a junction where the righthand road goes to Dassia and Kassiopi: here you keep straight on still towards Paleocastritsa. After 2km you will come to a crossroads, this is the village of Sgombou, for which there is no signpost but you will see the sign for Casa Lucia. Turn left and left again immediately, then after 50m turn right (all signed).
