Terms of payment
30% of the full lease amount is payable upon
reservation.
All amounts are payable to Francoise ROUX
Downpayments may be carried out by PAYPAL (for Paypal account owners) or by SWIFT Transfer(see below), once agreed on dates and rates with Franceska, click below. Account for 4% bank transfer charge.
The reservation will be active upon receival of a PAYPAL notification or of the effective SWIFT Transfer to the Landlord’s account - expect 4 days for the SWIFT transfer to be effective.

The house is located 15 minutes, on foot, from the center and from Plaka. All historical sites and museums are within walking distance.
Tram and bus station are 5 minutes away on foot.
Beaches are 30 minutes away by bus, tram or car
Venizelos airport is 30 minutes away by cab.
Beware of cabs from the Airport! Ask for a map of athens at the airport, and make sure the cab driver takes the Kessariani exit. The cab fare shouldn't exceed 25€ from E. Venizelos Airport to the house (and cabs have a tendency to take quite sinuous routes...)
