A well equiped studio cottage set alongside our Longere Farmhouse, which sits in about 9 acres of ground, with a large pond and copse. It is suitable for couples and offers a peaceful retreat, with four star facilities at a two star price.
You have use of Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, bikes and your own barbecue.
We are situated between the Loire and Loir rivers, ideal for visits to the great Chateaux, pretty villages, superb vineyards and the large towns of Tours, Angers and Le Mans are just 40 mins away. The Le Mans racing circuit is an easy straight drive of about 35 mins. 1 bedroom, 1 shower room

The studio cottage was converted in 2005, and has a fully fitted kitchen, with hob oven, Fridge/freezer . There is a small lounge/dining area fitted with cd player and english t.v, the doors lead onto a patio with table and chairs and barbecue. There is also your own private garden to the rear, overlooking the pond and with another table/chairs and sun loungers. Everything is set out for your convenience, to make your holiday something special, even to parking right outside the door! Dinners are available in the house if required, so that you do not always have to cook.

The studio cottage is available for weekly rental during June, July and August, but can be offered for shorter lets or b & b at other times. There are also two further Bed & Breakfast rooms in the farmhouse (one twin and one double, both ensuite) The studio cottage is equiped for four people and can therefore link up with the double in the house to make separate accommodation for friends, but with catering facilities in the cottage.

Local restaurants, plenty of good local markets, wine tasting at the vineyards, Canoeing, horse riding. During the summer months there are plenty of Vide Greniers (Car boot sales) as well as concerts, fetes and horse racing.

There is a local Golf course just 15 mins up the road, another about 30 mins drive and two in Saumur which is about 35 mins drive.
