 We have a lovely 3 bedroomed village house in the Mayenne Department just a few miles from Normandy and Brittany, close to castles, lakes, roman ruins and lovely walks.
Recently renovated and refurbished, our house is comfortably furnished and very well equipped. It is available throughout the year and can be reached easily by ferry (Caen, Cherbourg or St Malo) or plane (Dinard or Tours). 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom

The house is an 18th Century terraced cottage with thick stone walls and a slate roof. It has been fully and lovingly renovated, bringing together traditional materials and techniques with good modern design.
The ground floor is completely open plan - ideally suited for sociable evenings of cooking, eating, conversation and family fun. It comprises an open kitchen with solid oak worktops, living area with sofa, armchair and coffee table, and a large dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a small double bed and a cot and the second with full size bunkbeds. Up a further flight of stairs is a gorgeously spacious loft bedroom with a large double bed and room for the single futon-bed (which is normally downstairs) if needed.
