The Mas has two separate houses available for renting all year round in a tranquil and peaceful setting yet within easy reach of all the major link roads to the coast, Perpignan, the mountains and Spain.
Both houses can enjoy the extensive mature gardens with palm trees, citrus trees, olive trees etc, the 12 x 7m swimming pool, the childrens play area, the ping pong table, the badminton/volleyball net, the basket ball net. There is a car park within the Mas.

There are two houses at the Mas , the Pumphpouse and The Farmhouse.
The Farmhouse is an old Catalan house with thick walls and delightful original hand made catalan tiled floors, all perfect for keeping the house cool in the hot summers months. The house has 3 large and spacious bedrooms, a shower room, two separate wc's, a large living room with an open fire for the winter and doors opening onto the garden and a large dining kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave etc, just like home from home. There is a laundry room in the grounds with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is satellite television and a dvd player including a large dvd library and of course internet acccess. There is an attractive outdoor dining area with bbq.
The Pumphouse is a single storey villa with it's own private garden with a dining area, bbq and sun deck. The house is an L shape with a double bedroom and shower room at one end and three further bedrooms and bathroom at the other end with a living room, dining area and kitchen in the centre. The house is fully equipped with everything you would expect to find at home including satellite tv and internet access.

The Roussillon area of France is the most southern and the sunniest part of France. It is a beautiful region, marked by the variety and contrast of its landscape : to the south the beaches give way to rocky bays and traditional fishing harbours around Collioure, Port Vendres and Spain beyond; To the west, the vineyards and fruit tree farms of the Tech and Têt Valleys lead up to the massif du Canigou the peak of which (at about 2785m high) is snow capped most of the year and visible from all along the coast.
The region is proud of its clear coastal lagoons, which provide a haven for all kinds of wildlife, and are often tinged pink by flocks of flamingos.
Almost 40 beaches and ports in Languedoc-Roussillon fly the blue flag, the European award for clean bathing water.
