Two comfortable separate bedrooms, a lounge with dining area and two large settees (1 double bed settee), a separate kitchen, a shower room with power shower, toilet and wash basin, and a cloackroom with toilet and vanity sink.
The large entrance hall has hardwood parquet, and the flat has some original features.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal (+5%) or cash by registered signed for post.
Credit card details are required to make the booking and are in lieu of a bond or security deposit. As an alternative you should add €500 to your first payment.
There is a €60 cleaning/laundry charge for all bookings.
50% of fee plus cleaning fee on booking, and remaining 50% 8 weeks before entry.
