Tilleul offers accommodation for 8 people in three bedrooms: two double and one large bedroom with four single beds . There is one bathroom with bath and shower, and one large shower room.
The ground floor is open plan with a comfortable living area and feature fireplace with wood-burning stove for low season bookings. A large dining table can accommodate up to 10 people.
Immediately outside the property is a patio area with table/chairs and barbecue.

A good range of paperbacks can be borrowed from the pool bar and we also have badminton & croquet sets/ balls/board games etc. for guests use.

The village of Meyrals has a bar/tabac with restaurant & pizzeria above (very good value) and also an Auberge which serves good quality food including local specialities (both in walking distance from Tilleul). A good variety of resturants can be found within a 10 - 15 minute drive of the property. The village also has a boulangerie/epicerie, a brocante (antique shop), post office, and art galleries.
A supermarket can be found in the nearby small town of St. Cyprien along with other shops. |

The Dordogne area has more tourist attractions than it is possible to mention - many of which are within a short drive of 'Le Jardin des Amis. Caves with: prehistoric paintings; evidence of troglodyte existence; & geological interest in the Vezere valley around Les Eyzie. Bastide towns and castles along the Dordogne river eg. Beynac, Domme. Markets on every day of the week selling local gourmet delights (this is the area of the walnut/black truffle/fois gras) .
Medieval towns such as Sarlat with its beautiful buildings and quaint narrow streets. Canoeing on the rivers is a favourite summer pastime. |
