Our farmhouse and holiday cottage nestle in about two acres of much-loved garden surrounded by our woodland and meadows throughout which we are careful to protect the environment and its wildlife. Choose from self catering in the Hen House, simple bed and breakfast in the main house or book The Orchard Wing for something in between!

Brook Farm sits in its own little valley - the farmhouse and its outbuildings are surrounded by broadleaved woodland, a babbling brook, wild meadows and a lovely chaotic garden which we started in 2003. We share it with our dogs, cats, donkeys and three silly sheep.
It is a quiet place with a gentle charm.
Breakfast at Brook Farm is served in the morning. Any time in the morning, just so long as it's morning. If you are here with friends, you can book our late Sunday Brunch. If you want to stay in during the evening, you can have a platter of local cheeses and meats More ..
Both rooms are centrally heated and the bathrooms have nice warm towel rails. They have Freeview TV, wifi, hairdryers and natural toiletries. We accept children if you book both rooms.

The Bedrooms
The Blue Room is in the oldest part of the house, as you will see from the beams, and the very wonky landing floor on the way in. There is an ensuite bathroom but mind your head on the door!
The Green Room overlooks the crab apple orchard at the front of the house. It is a light and spacious double room, with armchairs, and its own adjoining bathroom which has a shower, and a big bath with candles and incense for a truly relaxing time.
We have a dining room where your breakfast will be served, and a very private separate guest sitting room with a wood-burning stove, with comfy sofas and chairs
There's also a selection of complimentary teas and coffees, and there's always biscuits or a nice piece of cake to tide you over until supper.
THE ORCHARD WING - Sarah's Perfect Break The privacy of my own private rooms and no cooking or washing up! Three lovely rooms all to myself. Breakfast cooked for me and fabulous restaurants and pubs nearby or a simple Ploughman’s Platter by the fire if I feel like staying in.
If you book "The Orchard Wing" you will have the bedroom of your choice and sole use of the guest sitting room. We will take no other bookings during your stay.

Around Brook Farm at Berrington
A nice little place in the country
Never heard of The Teme Valley? That’s why it’s so peaceful here - really rural, nestling amongst the orchards and yet so close to some of the best restaurants in the country. Nearby Ludlow, the first official Slow Food Town in Britain, boasts Michelin starred restaurants. It’s a foodie paradise here with almost every town, village and hamlet producing something delicious or organic or both.
Why not follow the cider route, visit some English vineyards, taste some local cheese or see a fabulous collection of what the whole area has to offer at The Ludlow Food Centre

We are between Tenbury Wells and Leominster, about 45 minutes west of Worcester and the same north of Hereford. Sat-nav takes you half a mile up the road so you might need a map.
Local Directions
From Leominster Take the A49 towards Ludlow. After about half a mile turn right signed Leysters. Follow for several miles, eventually through Leysters. After Leysters you will come down a big hill at the bottom of which is a left turn to Berrington. Follow to T junction at the very end where you will find Brook Farm on your left.
From Ludlow Take the A49 towards Leominster. At Woofferton (Little Chef and Salway Arms on your right) turn left onto the A456 to Tenbury Wells, and after a mile or two, you come to Little Hereford and a big grey bridge over the River Teme, and a pub called the Temeside. Turn right to Leysters immediately before the bridge. After a few yards, turn left (signposted Berrington), and keep going for a bit over a mile. You will pass one road to the right (Field Lane), and then come down a hill past a large farmhouse on the left, over a little hump backed bridge, to a sharp left bend. Brook Farm is on the right, between the bridge and the bend.
From Further Afield
From M5 (J6) and Worcester. Take the A449 towards Kidderminster, and turn left off that at Ombersley onto the A443. After a few miles you will reach a T junction at which you turn right onto the A456 to Tenbury Wells. When you get there, turn left into the town, and drive through it. As you leave Tenbury, you go past a left turn to Bromyard, and start going up a hill. Turn right almost immediately (signed Berrington, and saying unsuitable for HGVs). After a few hundred yards you will reach a T-junction, at which you turn left. After a mile or so, there is another T junction opposite a red brick farmhouse. Turn right. Another mile or so, past Frank Matthews 'Trees for Life', eventually there is a comparatively long flat, but very narr
