It's a short walk from the local shops, bus routes, pubs and local amenities. We wanted to set up a holiday house experience that looks after families in a special way, so we set up Aldwick Lodge, a stone’s throw from the beach.
We pride ourselves in giving our guests the very best in comfort and service. Our accommodation has been awarded a Four Star rating from Visit Britain for five years in succession for high standards of cleanliness and furnishings.

Aldwick Lodge is a 'home from home' with everything you and your family would expect and more! It is a stunning 1930's large detached house offering beautiful, contemporary and very spacious accommodation sleeping up to 7 people. The accommodation consists of a very large (100 square metres) self-contained apartment occupying the top floor of the property with its own separate entrance. It is a very relaxing and comfortable home, a great space for one family to spread themselves out, two families or a group of adults to share.
The cottage is furnished in a contemporary style making it a perfect environment to relax. Equipped to the highest standard, fully carpeted and with the benefit of storage heating and double glazing it is perfect for year round holidays.
There is an enclosed rear garden, with a good sized lawn and large trampoline for playing on. There is a barbeque and outside garden table, picnic bench and garden loungers.
Parking - There is ample parking space for at least five cars on the driveway.

All the bedrooms have LCD flatscreen TV's with Freeview and built in DVD players to watch movies or listen to CD's. The beds are of the highest quality, with great, firm coil sprung mattresses. We supply quality bedlinen, cosy duvets to snuggle under and full black-out blinds ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Also there are large white luxurious towels, fluffy white bathrobes, hair dryers, iron and ironing board and complimentary toiletries.
The kitchen has a contemporary feel, bright and white overlooking the garden. It has all the modern appliances, including Bosch dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine, washing machine and microwave. The kitchen has been equipped with just about everything a family could need for rustling up a light meal to a dinner party for friends. There is a large round table for all the family to gather around.
If you don't fancy supermarket shopping as soon as you arrive why don't you arrange a shop on line www.mysupermarket.co.uk and get all your groceries delivered to the house. Please coordinate a delivery slot with us before you complete your order and we will happily unpack your shopping ready for your arrival. There is also a shop 2 minutes walk away from the house which is open everyday from 7am until 11pm at night. This sells pretty much everything!
The Lounge
The lounge has squashy sofas with a wood burner effect fire and cushions to curl up with a good book or read the papers. There is a quality Bang and Olufson screen with Sky tv/video/dvd and also a library of over 200 films and programmes for the whole family and an excellent Bose ipod dock for the music lovers. There is a large eaves cupboard which we have filled with plenty of really good quality toys, games and books for boys and girls from babies upwards.
For those who want to stay connected, we also offer free Wi-Fi Wireless Internet access for our guests.

Aldwick Lodge is available for weekly rentals during July and August from Saturday to Saturday.
To calculate short breaks of 3 nights or over, use the following percentages of the weekly tariff as seen in the table below - 3 nights 65%, 4 nights 70%, 5 nights 80% and 6 nights 90%.
We do consider short term lets (over one month). Please make enquiries for any variations on dates and terms as we aim to be flexible.

It's official! Bognor Regis is the number one resort for sun! It has the highest sunshine record in England and has also been awarded the converted European Blue Flag and UK Seaside award. Bognor Regis has grown into a popular seaside resort and has always been a hot spot for British families looking for the traditional seaside holiday with lovely clean beaches. Aldwick Lodge is a great place to stay to start exploring Sussex and all it has to offer. There is so much to do you will have to come back again!
The beach is approximately five minutes by car from the house with lots of easy parking. When the tide is out it is a great place for rock pooling and evening strolls. Being so close to the house, it is easy to pop back and at the end of the day, tired little legs don’t have far to go to get home. In addition to preparing the house especially for your family’s arrival we can help with all sorts of arrangements. Recommendations for good days out, the best family friendly pubs and restaurants, want to hire a boat for the day or anything else you need to know, we are sure to help.
Nothing is more English than a traditional coastal holiday and making genuinely good holiday memories is really at the heart of what we are trying to do.
