The apartment was fully refurbished and redecorated in February 2007, to add a new bathroom suite, kitchen, fireplace and carpets and in 2008 high quality double glazing was installed. All rooms are well furnished, spacious, light and airy. The apartment sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Each room has plentiful storage and the twin room has a PS2. The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and wash basin. The Kitchen is newly fitted with ample workspace and includes oven, hob, microwave, toaster, washer and dishwasher. The large lounge /dining room is comfortably furnished with leather settees and dining table set in the bay window. There is a TV with DVD/Video players and a selection of dvds, videos, books and games. This room has a bay window allowing spectacular views of Lake Windermere and the surrounding fells. The house is set in a quiet location but only a short walk to the heart of Bowness.
