Rentals run Friday to Friday during the season. Out of season, changeover days may be Mondays or Fridays allowing guests to enjoy short breaks (from Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday) at 60% of the weekly rate. Christmas and New Year dates may vary each year, depending on when they fall. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental price (or £100, whichever is greater) is payable at the time of booking. Deposits can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cheque. Bookings made less than two calendar months before your arrival date must be accompanied by the full amount.
