The Cottage at Fram is available for week (7 night), mid-week (4 night) and long weekend (3 night) breaks. Week and long weekend breaks commence Fridays. Mid-week breaks commence Mondays.

The rental charge is for the entire Cottage and includes all of the following:
All bed linen Towels Tea towels and tablecloth Essentials such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Washing up liquid, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets Welcome pack of milk, croissants, cake (or similar) At least £5 pre-loaded on the electricity meter Basket of logs (for winter lets) The only additional charge is for the electricity on a pay-as-you-go "key". This can be very simply topped up at the local supermarket (less than 1 minute's walk away). The electricity is charged at the same rate as a standard domestic supply.
During the winter months, you will need to buy additional logs for the wood-burning stove.

Unfortunately (care of Dr Beeching) there is no railway station in Framlingham. The nearest stations to Framlingham, with approximate journey times, are:
Wickham Market (15 mins drive) - trains from London Liverpool Street take 2 hours Ipswich (30 minutes drive) - trains from London Liverpool Street take just over 1 hour Stowmarket (40 minutes drive) - direct trains from Peterborough take 1½ hours
