We are in a very quiet and private location, ideal for a relaxing stay and yet only two minutes from the main road. You are most welcome to wander around the gardens and choose one of the many sitting places to enjoy a private moment for relaxation and reflection.

The Orchard Suite
Overlooking the older more mature part of the garden the Orchard Suite looks out to the fields and hills beyond.
The Orchard suite has a large sitting area, open fireplace and luxurious en suite facilities including a bath and large walk in shower.
The Maple Suite
Looks out over the garden and over the hills beyond. The Maple Suite has a large sitting area and luxurious en suite facilities including a bath and a shower.
The Fountain Suite
Looks out over the garden, courtyard and hills beyond and has a completely separate sitting room. There are luxury en suite facilities with a very large walk in shower.

All of our suites enjoy beautiful views and are furnished with quality beds, antique furniture and have either large or separate large sitting areas.
Slip in between the luxurious Egyptian Cotton Sheets with feather pillows for a peaceful nights sleep and in the morning enjoy the Egyptian cotton fluffy towels and bath robes.

No pets in the house please but we do have a nice kennel and run for one well behaved dog. Dogs by prior arrangement please. No charge.

Special weekend and midweek getaway specials
Weekend Special
Stay two nights (Friday and Saturday) and have dinner on one night. Two nights B & B with a three course dinner for two on one of the two nights.
£235 to £255 all inclusive dependant upon which suite is occupied.
Midweek Special
Stay three nights B& B midweek have a three course dinner for two on two nights. £360 to £395 all inclusive dependant upon which suite is occupied.
Payment and Deposit
In most cases we do not require a deposit as we believe that if you confirm a reservation you have made a contract and we trust that you will show up. We will however ask you for credit card details to guarantee the booking. Nothing will be charged to your card before your stay unless you are a no show or cancel. (See Cancellation and No Show Terms )

Cancellation, No Shows
When you reserve we will ask for your credit card and address details and should you not show up without any notice we will either debit your credit card or invoice you for the full amount of your intended stay.
Minimum cancellation time is 7 days. After this and if we are unable to rent your suite you are unfortunately liable for the full amount for the period you have booked for which we will send you an invoice.

About the area

Directions.
Coming from Chester/Oswestry direction on the A483 turn left at the LLynclys Crossroads (White Lion Pub on your RHS). Follow the B4396 direction Knockin for about half a mile past one crossroad until you reach the turning for Crickheath on the RHS. Turn right into Crickheath Lane ( a single track road ) and follow the road over the canal bridge and through to the end of the village until the road splits left and right. Take the left hand turning into the dead end road and Greystones is the third property on the right.
Coming from Welshpool direction on the A483 turn right at the LLynclys Crossroads (White Lion Pub on your LHS) and follow above directions.
Coming from Shrewsbury direction follow the A5 until your reach the end of the Nescliffe bypass duel carriageway. At the roundabout turn left direction Knockin on the B4396. Follow this road through Knockin and continue for another 4 miles until you see Lloyds Animal Feeds on your LHS. A littler further on turn left into Crickheath Lane and follow above directions.
