Cotswolds holiday cottage in Chipping Norton, Cotswolds

The five old farm buildings are set around a beautiful paved courtyard, in open countryside. There are 70 acres of farm and woodland with freedom to roam. Each cottage has one bedroom and sleeps up to 4. They are furnished to a very individual and extremely high standard with extensive use of English hardwoods, with furniture, fittings and ironwork handmade by local craftsmen, and lots of oak beams and panelling. Much of the wood comes from the estate's own trees. There is easy access to village shops, pubs and all the Cotswolds' attractions. Non-smokers only please.

Heath Farm offers fresh air, freedom and space. The owners have been encouraging a diversity of wildlife habitats as part of a conservation project started in the 1970's. There walking in the 70 acres of farm and woodland, golf (2 courses within 4 miles others within 20 miles), horse riding, swimming, theatres and cinemas. The market towns of Banbury (7 miles) and Chipping Norton (6 miles) have all shopping requirements. English, Spanish and some French spoken. English Tourist Board inspected - 5 Keys Highly Commended.

Chestnut, Walnut and Cobnut each sleep up to 4 people. Chestnut has a 5 ft wide bed and double sofa bed, Walnut a 6 ft wide bed and 2 single beds (or, optionally, a double sofa bed) and Cobnut has 2 en-suite bedrooms (1 with shower, 1 with bath) each containing 2 single beds, which may be joined together into a super king size bed. Each cottage has an open fire, locally-crafted furniture and fittings, and views over the courtyard and the beautiful adjacent valley.

Prices are based on 2 people in the cottage. Please add £40 per week or part week for each extra guest.
Rates shown are for Walnut. Rates for Cobnut are approximately £90 more per week (£108 more for Christmas/New Year) and those for Chestnut are £414 (low), £460 (mid), £535 (high) and £712 (Christmas/New Year).
Please ask about rates for periods of less than one week.

We accept all major credit cards (except for American Express). We accept cheques drawn on a UK or Euro cheques in Sterling.

Although the accommodation is most suited to adults, we welcome babies with their own travel cots.(We can also provide a cot on request).
