The Cottage sleeps up to four people and offers peaceful, modern and well planned accommodation where guests can enjoy uninterrupted tranquillity amid beautiful, unspoilt countryside. There is an abundance of wildlife and the absence of light pollution ensures complete appreciation of clear night skies.
This is an ideal place to relax and an excellent base for cycling the quiet country lanes, bird watching on the coast and at the renowned RSPB and NWT reserves, walking the many local and long distance footpaths, or exploring Norfolk to enjoy its many attractions and places of interest.

Converted to a very high standard from a former farm building, Spennithorne Cottage sits within the grounds of High Green Farm which extend to almost 7 acres (2.8 Hectares) and are surrounded by Norfolk farmland.

The cottage itself is set well back from a quiet country lane and is comfortably furnished and well equipped throughout. All rooms are centrally heated via radiators and smoking is not allowed.

Wheel chair users and those with limited mobility may wish to note that the property is on one level with no steps to negotiate. The wetroom to Bedroom One will accommodate a wheelchair if required.

Hair dryers, crisp cotton bed linen and thick fluffy towels are provided. Each bathroom has an electric shaver point.

Facilities

Bedroom One has a King-size bed and en suite wetroom.
Bedroom Two is available with either a King-size or twin beds as required and has an en suite bathroom, bath with shower over. A cot for small children is available on request.

The Kitchen is well planned and fitted with an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a comprehensive range of cooking utensils and crockery.

The adjoining Lounge / Dining Room is comfortably furnished with 2 leather sofas and the dining table easily seats four. There is an LCD TV with radio together with a DVD/CD player and a range of books, CDs and games are provided. There are also maps and a comprehensive library of local information.

The separate laundry room has an automatic washing machine, airer, iron, ironing board and storage space for bicycles or other equipment. A barbecue and garden furniture are provided for dining and relaxing outdoors.

Prices are for the property and include heating and electricity. Bed linen and towels (for use in the cottage) are provided. There are no hidden extras!

Weekly bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks may start on other days.

Additional nights may be available by arrangement.

Discounts for couples during the Off Peak Season and Short Breaks in the Peak Season may be possible - please enquire.

A Welcome Pack of basic items is provided and we are also happy to shop for you prior to your arrival. Just let us know what you require and you can pay when you get here.
