Just a 5 minutes or less walk from quiet fishing lakes so you can enjoy a lovely morning fishing. There is access to the well known cycle route Marriott's Way which at 26 miles is one of the longest traffic-free routes in the country and can be followed for a walking/cycling trip to Norwich.

Norwich Airport and Railway station are only 4 miles from the property.
There is a bus stop 150 yards away on the road on which the property sits, buses stop at the train station. Bus Numbers 19 and 20 take about 15-20 minutes journey every 15 minutes.
