You can be re-assured that you get a very clean and comfortable apartment with freshly ironed linens and fluffy towels. The Owners like to welcome all guests persopnally - to show them around - answer any queries and help them settle into the area. Comprehensive area details, maps, lists of shops etc are provided. owners are always on had to help with problems and any advice needed.

Rental rates for 2011 are £620 for TWO, £720 for THREE and £830 for FOUR persons. Extra guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the lounge at £12 per person per night. Minimum stay is FIVE nights. No extra charges for Utilities or exit cleaning fee or VAT. Only extra would be for any phone charges. FREE broadband connection installed.
