The Station Masters House is, as befits its title, steeped in character and history. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 large lounges and a large kitchen, this stunning house sleeps 8 in total comfort.
Self-enclosed in its own garden on the edge of The Old Station Yard, you can dine al-fresco on the patio enjoying the Lincolnshire sunshine.

Audrey, Cygnus and Ibis, our luxury reproduction Railway Carriages, are romantically named after carriages on the Orient Express.
Designed to sleep 2+2, these warm and cosy carriages are deceptively spacious.
Centrally-heated and double-glazed throughout, they have been designed with total comfort in mind. Superb quality furniture and fittings with a warm brown and cream decor theme, you may be forgiven for not wanting to go home!
Each Carriage is surrounded by self-enclosed decking with patio furniture, easily accessed by the two sets of double doors leading from both the hallway and the living area.

The Old Station Yard also boasts a bespoke-made BBQ hut and picnic area with built-in Buschbecke BBQ and both indoor and outdoor seating.
You can also hire our children's Bouncy Castle so they can expend energy whilst you relax with a drink or tend to the BBQ.

You can also hire cycles from our onsite range. We have cycles and accessories to suit all, including tagalongs, towalongs and child seats for those too young to ride on their own.

The Station Masters House is classically decorated and has a Real Log Fire in the welcoming lounge as well as being centrally heated throughout.
Each of the 2 lounges have comfy sofas and armchairs with the sun lounge also having a dining area for 8 and sliding glass doors leading out onto the patio and into the garden. Outdoor furniture and a portable BBQ lend themselves to a sunny afternoon outdoor dining treat.
1 double bedroom and 2 twin rooms upstairs with a further twin room downstairs, there are also two optional fold out beds available if you wished to optimise the ample space in this large house.
A bathroom on each floor with a power shower and WC in each, there is also a huge bathtub upstairs.
The kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, crockery, glasses and utensils you could wish for! As well as a cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer etc, you also have a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Our fabulous Railway Carriages each consist of a double bedroom and a bunk room, both fully fitted with plenty of storage.
The bathroom is exactly what you need with WC, sink and power shower.
The kitchen is fully fitted with full-size cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge etc and has all the pans, crockery, glasses, utensils you could need.
There is a smart dining area with table and chairs for four.
The living area has a luxurious leather corner suite and armchair with a coffee table and wall-mounted, flat screen TV with cable and DVD player.

We have travel cots and high chairs available on request.

The A16 is a main route down the eastern coast of Lincolnshire and only 1 mile east of that lies The Old Station Yard. Not that you would know it - the only sounds here are of birds twittering or the occasional whistle of the steam train!

From the A16 - ignore signs for Ludborough, take the only road signposted to Fulstow.

The nearest bus stop is an easy 1 mile walk away in Ludborough and services are provided by Stagecoach with good links to villages, seaside towns and our famous city of Lincoln.

The nearest train station is in Grimsby.

The nearest airport is Humberside.
