Each of these luxury cottages have open plan lounge, kitchen & dining room with slate floors, warmly carpeted lounging areas, bespoke kitchens and plenty of original old oak beams. Designers Guild and Osborne and Little fabrics add a touch of rural chic.

The cottages are available with one, two, three or four bedrooms. Some are interconnecting so, whilst still retaining complete privacy they can, if required, be joined to cater for larger groups.
There is an extra dining/conference room with separate kitchen within one of the groups of three cottages which caters for parties of up to 18.
The bedrooms have either one double or two twin beds with duvets and crisp white linen. A Z bedmay be requested at a small charge for use in the sitting rooms.

Big white fluffy towels and either a shower or bath with overhead shower.
There is a disabled shower room on site complete with wheel-in shower, low-level toilet and washbasin which is accessible to guests from all the cottages. An access statement is available on request.
All electricity, heating, linen and towels are included in the price but please bring your own cot linen.
French windows lead out onto either a patio within the main courtyard or onto a lawned area with panoramic views across the cornfields.

All the cottages are very similar in design and fitting - they are also extremely versatile. They have been cleverly designed with a flexible "building-block" arrangement of rooms that allows us to add or subtract rooms and interconnect cottages according to the size of your party.

The Refectory (dining / meeting / party room to seat up to 26) - available with certain cottages.
WEEKEND HOUSE PARTIES - 3 nights. 3 interconnecting cottages, sleeping up to18, with central dining/party room and separate kitchen - £1,800. (not available during July and August).
Other party numbers - price on request.
Z Beds are available at a charge of £20 per week (£15 per w/e break), if required for use in the sitting room.
Cots and high chairs are available on request.
Weekend Breaks at Easter, Bank Holidays and half-terms are charged at High Season rates.
Christmas and New Year - price on application.

We are located right on the 4 counties border of Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Staffordshire and Derbyshire. Our nearest towns are Ashby-de-la-Zouch (7 miles) and Tamworth (8 miles).
Central Birminghamis approximately ½ an hour's drive away, as are Leicester, Derby& Nottingham.
By Road : We are just 1½ miles from the M42, providing excellent access to the M6, M1, M69, M40 and the rest of the UK motorway network.
By Rail: We are centrally located on the UK rail network providing quick access to both the north and south. Our nearest stations are: Tamworth(9 minutes); Nuneaton (10 minutes); Birmingham International (25 minutes).
By Air: Our closest airports are Birmingham International (25 minutes) and Nottingham East Midlands (20 minutes). Our central location means we are under 2 hours from London, Manchester, Bristol and Leeds.
