We have 7 guest bedrooms, all double and family rooms are en-suite, our single room has got private facilities; it has its own shower/toilet, which is just outside the room. Each bedroom features TV, hairdryer, clock radio, mini fridge, razor points and tea and coffee making facilities.

To book the room we require:

Credit or debit card details with expiry date and security code.
Alternatively you can secure your reservation with a non-refundable deposit to the value of the first night per room booked by cheque payable to "Clare Ellen Guest House".

Duration of stay - there is a requirement of minimum 2 nights stays during the high season weekends (May-September) and over Bank Holidays. Last minute one-night bookings available, please call guest house directly for availability and details.

Our cancellation policy:
48 hours notice or less - payment of one night’s accommodation per room booked
early departure - full payment of one night's accommodation per room booked
"no-show" is charged full payment of one night's accommodation per room booked
Check-in starts at 2 pm and finished at 10 pm unless arranged otherwise (prior to the arrival). We are happy to take care of your luggage if you arrive earlier and your room is not ready yet.
Please note check-ins are not open 24 hours a day.

Check out time is by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Please make sure you have returned your key. There will be £10.00 charge for lost key.

All prices are inclusive of continental and full English breakfast.
