The Dairy is a converted farm building set within the farmyard but discreetly screened with its own patio and hanging baskets. The Dairy is all on one level and suitable for semi-disabled. There are three bedrooms, double, twin and single, a family bathroom and an additional toilet. The kitchen diner and lounge offer a comfortable area to relax in and overlooks the ancient church of St James' the Great. A peaceful and relaxing location with a large lawn area with trampoline and garden games. Several good pubs in the locality offering good food including Froggies at the Timber Batts a well known French restaurant featuring in two Michelin Guides ideal for a special occasion.

DIRECTIONS M20 - Junction 11 take the B2068 towards Canterbury.
After passing Jet Service Station on your right and The George Inn on your left, proceed for nearly 1 mile and take the left hand turn * signposted Wye, Hastingleigh and Elmsted.
Continue along the lane, passing Dean Farm on your left and take the first lefthand fork with the Elmsted Village sign in the centre.
Continue along the lane as far as Elmsted Church. Elmsted Court is directly opposite.
From Canterbury take the B2068 to Hythe. After approximately 7 miles take the right hand turn and follow * as above.
