Weekly rates range from £295-£525.
TARIFF INCLUDES: Welcome pack (bottle of wine, milk, teas/coffees etc.), linen, towels and all energy bills.
PAYMENT METHOD - Cheque or cash is preferred but credit cards can be accepted through a secure online Paypal service although there is a 2% handling charge incurred. We are also happy to accept
CHANGE OVER DAY - Friday is the usual change over day, although this can be changed by agreement outside of the peak season. It is necessary for you to vacate the apartment by 10am so that we are able to make it available for new arrivals at 3pm.

The village of Chideock has two pubs, a tea shop, a post office and general store, all within brief walking distance of the apartment. There is also The Anchor pub next to the beach at Seatown.
Seatown beach which lies below Golden Cap (the highest point on the south coast) is made up of shingle and pebbles with the cliffs behind layered with Jurassic fossils.
Chideock and Seatown are close to Lyme Regis, Bridport, Weymouth, Charmouth, Eype, Abbotsbury and Burton Bradstock. And The Loft is just over 10 minutes drive away from Hugh Fearnley–Whittingstall's River Cottage.

| About the Area: |
Chideock, about 3 miles west of Bridport, is an attractive, clean village, with picturesque cottages built in local stone. The old lords of the manor were the de Chideocks, whose castle, built by John de Chideock in 1379, was laid in ruins after the great Rebellion by Colonel Ceeley, Governor of Lyme. Only part of the moat remains, although considerable portions of the castle were standing as late as 1733.
