The 480 acre Dairy and sheep farm runs down to the River Dart and is part of the Duke of Somerset's estate which is near the village of Berry Pomeroy, famous for its haunted castle!!.
Our large Victorian farmhouse has full central heating and is furnished and decorated to a high standard. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with little extras to make your stay "a home from home". Guests have a lounge and on warm evenings the garden in which to sit and relax. If you are lucky you may see a calf born in our field in front of the garden at certain times of the year.

The spacious bedrooms are colour co-ordinated and contain vanity units, beverage facilities, shaverpoints, hairdryers, alarm clocks, chairs, T.V.'s and little extra's to make your stay "a home from home". The twin room has en-suite w/c and washbasin, seperate bath/shower room. Double/twin room with Private Bathroom. An iron, ironing board and shoe cleaning kit are also available for guest's uses.

Traditional farmhouse breakfasts with a varied menu are served in the dining room, which overlooks the garden and fields. Vegetarians and special diets can be catered for. Evening meals are by arrangment and include roast meats, steak and kidney pie, pork in cider, beef in ale and salmon. British and fresh local foods are used to produce quality farmhouse cuisine. Alternatively sample the local cuisine served in the varied restaurants and pubs of Totnes and the local villages.

At the TOP OF THE HILL turn right into
Blackpost Lane. Carry on to the very end of
the lane to T-junction (grassy patch), TURN
