Towels, bed linen (duvets) and electricity are included (central heating is extra, but from Jan 2008 our prices will be all inclusive). Cot & high chair are available. Regret no pets, no smoking in cottages.

Leave M5, junction 31, take A30 towards Okehampton
By pass Okehampton, continue on to next junction, Sourton Cross, join the A386 towards Hatherleigh, Holsworthy/Bude
Continue on A3079, through Halwill Junction to ?T? junction at Dunsland Cross (from leaving A30 to this junction is about 30 mins)
Turn right towards Hatherleigh for 500yds
The Bickford Arms (excellent food and a warm welcome- 01409 221318 www.bickfordarms.co.uk ) will be on your left, turn Immediately left past the Pub towards Cookbury/Thornbury
After about 1 mile turn left to Cookbury/Thornbury
Go through Cookbury and follow signs to Thornbury & Milton Damerel
Continue on this road for about 2 miles to ?T? junction, turn right signposted Thornbury/Shebbear
Continue on this road until St Peters Church, Thornbury, is on your right, turn immediately left, (signpost says Milton Damerel. Straight on will be signposted Shebbear, right will be Bradford, DO NOT follow Milton Damerel Heavy Vehicles)
Continue on this road for about 1 mile, until you come to a tree in the middle of the road on your left, continue on this road, down the hill and Bagbeare will be on your right.

The North Devon & Cornwall Coast has some exhilarating coastal path walks with breathtaking scenery looking out to the Atlantic.
Welcome Mouth & Marsland, to name but a few, offer secluded shingle beaches, streams that cascade off the gorse hills providing a dramatic coastline.
Widemouth Bay, is a spacious sandy beach, the Bay View Inn is excellent for lunch, overlooking the sea.
BUDE remains a popular seaside resorts and offers a really sandy beach, an indoor fun pool, shops, restaurants and pubs, infact plenty to do for the family.
Sandymouth Bay an adventurous beach with cliffs.
CLOVELLY, probably one of Britain’s prettiest coastal fishing villages with cobbled streets and a visitors centre at the entrance of the village incorporating a high quality audio visual presentation telling Clovellys story from 200B.C.
TORRINGTON is the home of Dartington Crystal, manufacturers of fine glass, there is a shop, restaurant and the chance to join a quided tour to watch the craftsman at work. Nearby is the beautiful RHS Rosemore Gardens, it has 32 acres of themed gardens, a shop, restaurant and plant sales centre.
OKEHAMPTON being the gateway to exploring Dartmoor and nearby the Roadford Lake covering 700 acres, is the newest and largest reservoir in the South West and is excellent for water sports & trout fishing.
BIDEFORD situated beside the River Torridge has a variety of shops, restaurants, pubs and two weekly markets. Cycle Hire is available near the Old Bideford Station allowing you to join the Tarka Trail for a safe journey through the Torridge Valley.
